Certification according to the latest regulations
Our hearing protectors have been tested and certified according to the Personal Protective Equipment Regulation (EU) 2016/425. Our products meet the requirements of the latest standard for custom hearing protection EN 352-2:2020. Our earplugs are also certified for extreme environments. They are resistant to falls, extreme temperatures & flammability according to EN 13819-1.
A quality earplug starts with a high-quality ear impression. They are only made by certified audiologists. We are offering an on-site eat impression service. We are making ear impressions using a new 3D digital method. This new 3D method is faster, more comfortable, more accurate and much safer than the traditional method with the paste.

Manufacturing at the cutting edge of 3D technology
We are using the latest 3D technology in our manufacturing process. Once the ear impressions are made, we are modeling the hearing protectors using a 3D software. They are then printed with 3D printers with a precision of 25 micrometers. The finishing touches are made by hand in our laboratory. This way, we preserve every detail of the ears in order to offer the best custom made products.
All our products are manufactured in our production facility located in Brussels, Belgium, in the heart of Europe. We place a particular importance that each step of the manufacturing process is carried out in our laboratory in order to guarantee the highest quality manufacturing. Our entire production chain (including our raw materials) is European to offer you quality products.

6-year warranty on all defects
We offer the best warranty on the market with a 6-year warranty on all defects of our hearing protectors. For 6 years, you can modify or receive a new version of hearing protectors in case of manufacturing, comfort or attenuation defects. Our decilo warranty secures you for 6 years and you have the assurance that the hearing protectors are modified or remanufactured free of charge in case of any defect. Our goal is to satisfy 100% of our users in order to protect their hearing.
Upon delivery of the hearing protectors, we perform a leakage test to verify the fit of the earplugs in the ears of each user. We can also quickly check and certify the performance of the hearing protectors by performing an efficiency test. These two checks ensure that the earplugs fit properly and that the actual attenuation level is in conformity. In case of non-compliant results, we will modify or manufacture new earplugs free of charge thanks to our 6-year warranty.

Product replacement service
We offer a quick replacement service for hearing protectors in case of damage, loss or theft. Since every ear impression and 3D model is carefully stored in our 100% secure cloud for a period of 5 years, we can make a new pair of hearing protectors at any time. There is no need for one of our audiologists to come back to your workplace to take a new ear impressions. Our goal is to ensure that your employees are fully protected at any time!
Training for workers exposed to noise is critical to reduce hearing loss. Our training includes noise awareness sessions to educate workers on the impact of noise on their health, a presentation on the use and maintenance of the hearing protection they will receive. In addition to reducing the risk of hearing loss among workers, training your employees on the risk of noise allows your company to comply with European legislation that requires to train all workers exposed to noise.

Hearing protectors for each work
We offer the widest range of hearing protectors with different attenuations. You have a choice of acoustic filters with SNR from 10 dB to 31 dB. Our hearing protectors are waterproof and dustproof. They contain no electronic components, so there is no need to charge anything. Our wide range of hearing protectors allows us to offer the hearing protection that perfectly matches the noise environment of each work.
In order to define the ideal attenuation of hearing protection for each work, we can help your company to carry out a noise assessment. This analysis allows us to accurately measure the noise exposure levels of workers and to evaluate the risks to which they are exposed. For example, it is interesting to evaluate the workstations where the noise level is higher than 80 dB(A). The noise assessment within your workplace also allows you to define the areas of improvement in order to effectively protect the hearing of your workers.
