EAR IMPRESSIONS

A great fitting of our custom products start with to get your ear impressions. You can get your ear impressions in 3D in our store located in Brussels. You will be amazed to discover your ears with this unique 3D technology.

 

You can also get your ear impressions with the tradtional method (injection of a silicone paste in your ears) at our dealers' locationThose physical impressions are then digitally scanned to preserve each detail of your ears.

3D MODELIZATION

Your custom fit product will then be modelized with the latest 3D software. Each product is designed according to your wishes.

3D PRINTING

Your custom fit product will be printed by our state-of-the-art 3D printer using hypoallergenic & bio-compatible materials. The materials we are using have been specifically chosen for longevity and durability. This 3D printing process allows us to keep the details from the ear impressions for an optimal comfort.

HAND ASSEMBLING

Once the 3D printing is done, our team refines, smoothes, assembles & lacquers the custom fit products by hand. It provides a flawless smoothing for an ultimate comfort and a perfect fit. This whole advanced process ensures each custom fit product is a unique piece of tailor-made art.
